How do you build consistency?
Here are my Top 5 Tips on how to build proper consistency and watch your body thrive!
Follow a program! Seek a personal or online trainer, or invest in yourself by purchasing a program. We often give up on "diets"because we don't know where to start and have no support to keep us accountable for our progress.
2. Keep. It. Simple.
There is no need to go for crazy workouts. Start with 10 squats, 10 push ups and slowly progress as you get more
comfortable. Try pushing yourself every 2 to 3 weeks.
3. Find a gym buddy or join a challenge.
Accountability partners are great (and fun!). Joinging a challenge that generates goal oriented motivation with an end
date to work towards is also a fantastic way to keep yourself accountable.
Rest is so imporant. Our body needs rest just as much as nutrition and exercise. Rest to reset and allow your muscles
to recover for a better body transformation.

Rome was not built in one day and neither are abs. Trust your coach and trust the process! It takes time and patience. It generally takes at least 6 weeks before you'll notice significant changes in your body. But it will be so worth it, so keep pushing!
